Saturday, Saturday's are long runs. If you are interested in joining me click here. Dave will coordinate the time and place.
In Sterling / Rock Falls, Barb Lauff coordinates runs on Saturdays and Sundays. They meet on Sundays for the 10 miles (or 6, or 4, whatever people want; five of us go 10) on the canal, Rock Falls, 8:00am Dixon Ave and Ave. E.
Saturdays (weather permitting) they run hills at Hickory Hills. That will be at 8:00; just meet at Fulfs and Hickory Hills Road.

Green River Cyclery
Green River Cyclery along with the Rock River Bicycle Club is offering trainer/roller rides at B.J. Fenwick's shop on Thursday evenings from 7:30 PM- 8:30 PM.
Riders should bring your bike and trainer - B.J. will provide warmth, a small TV with videos and music for pacing.
